Returns:

• Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items:

• If your item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within [24hrs] of receiving your order.
• Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging for us to process your claim promptly.

Refunds:

• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within [10 business days].

Order Cancellations:

• Orders can be canceled before down payment. After this , production begins, and cancellations are no longer possible.
